Trail to a Cure Mission Statement

Trail to a Cure is an inclusive, grassroots organization whose mission is to provide and increase:

  • Funding for HIV/AIDS research and services;
  • Awareness and knowledge of HIV/AIDS and its prevention;
  • Volunteerism within our community,

For the benefit of men, women, and children affected by HIV/AIDS.

In MEMORY of those we’ve lost to HIV/AIDS.

In HONOR of those who live with HIV/AIDS.

In HOPE of finding a cure.

A note about shopping local:

TTAC’s general policy and practice is to use local vendors whenever possible and partner with locally based businesses in fundraisers. The “shop local” idea is that keeping our funds local supports people in our community who help build that community, rather than large corporations who have no vested interest in our community other than money. Thus, by policy, we only work with local partners/vendors. In situation where no local vendor is available, we seek to work with those closest to us.
